Insulation Engineer
As an insulation engineer at LCI, you’ll be part of a team that delivers high-quality insulation systems across industrial and commercial projects nationwide. We’re looking for individuals with a strong technical background, a commitment to safety and excellence, and the ability to work to the highest standards of workmanship.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on complex systems including thermal, acoustic, and cryogenic insulation, with ongoing development and progression available for the right candidates.

Lagger / Thermal Insulation Operatives
Our laggers are the backbone of every successful installation. At LCI, we’re seeking skilled insulation operatives with experience in the installation of thermal, acoustic, and cladding systems. Apprenticeships
